ENGAGE is a comprehensive system that will help streamline the process of scheduling and conducting meetings at Hall of Flowers. By providing exhibitors with an additional avenue to showcase their products and services, and giving retailers control over their own schedules, both parties will be able to make the most of their time and build valuable connections at the event.

In a nutshell, Exhibitors will be able to review the list of Retailers and request meetings. Retailers will be able to accept or decline meeting requests and set meetings for the times that best fit their schedule and the availability of Exhibitors. 

Additional details:

• Exhibitors can customize their profile to include details about - Regions of distribution, product information, new product launches and special show offerings. 

• Exhibitors’ schedules will be open from 11am - 5pm on both days of the event for 15 minute meetings and 5 minute breaks in between.

• Retailers may also request meetings with exhibitors who have not initiated a meeting request. The Exhibitor will have the option to accept or decline the request.

• Don’t know who you want to meet? The platform will also recommend the highest matching companies for you to meet by using a proprietary algorithm to compare your profile criteria.
